‘Gangsta’ anime is so underrated because why they got a good fucking story and compelling characters and the budget to hire Nanami’s and Sukuna’s VAs….like I’m so mad that it didn’t get renewed so I have been absorbed in the manga instead😔😔😔

Scary times, Twilights are bein hunted, rankings are spiking: that was an insult to her

“I made this land of paradise for the Twilights….Why do some wish to harm them? I’ll never know.”

“Mam one thing I must concern is- they’re programmed to always fight.”

“Exactly.” She pats the grass allowing her coworker to sit alongside the woman, “I want them to train here and know what’s out there. People are hunting them…they don’t know where this place is at. Normals pay a lot for them and I hate it, these beautiful beings are not just “programmed” that’s a lie in itself. They show signs of free will but will be eager to fight when the chance is given.”

“So?” |Name| kept a soft gaze on the worker, “I’m saying that everyone has free will and a way to work around opportunities. I’ve let many people here go with acknowledgment of them never coming back, if they did I’d have normals like myself check behind them for the sake of their safety. I never cared for my safety…during that anti war with Twilights and normals.” She leans back, raises her arm and the worker lays on her, comfortably. “I’ve been at a loss, I despise it. Knowing I could do more, I could help everyone: that was a savior complex thriving within…so.”

They laid still, “Madam |Name|?”

“I stopped it and did research, the books are just written and made up by the ones who held the advantage, I’ve met a few Twilights and some have won my heart.” She gets up, “I’ll get going, I’ll have the place on lock down. Don’t mistreat anyone here.” |Name| walks down a set of stairs heads out the door then she heads further East.

“Worick um, a woman is outside. She seems to be waiting for someone.”

“Hm? Is that- Hey Nico!” The mentioned male with the nickname perks, his voice was a bit off but it was a response Warick wanted. “Another job?”

“Nah Nich, someone’s waiting for you.” Nicholas is deaf: a big factor behind his character that also culminates with the bond he shares with this someone. The woman standing outside was half blind, she couldn’t see anything except for the Twilights based on their movements. When Nich made it outside the male was enthused to see her.

His gaze was excited, eager to tease while she signs carefully. ‘Good evening Nicholas, your body keep shifting so I can tell you wish to know why I’m here. I just wanted to see you’ that wasn’t all. The male leans in; she leans her head against his.

“I missed you dearly, I’ve noticed more and more going missing and got worried.” He hums, “I don’t plan on leaving your side |Name|, I know you don’t either.” The woman closed her eyes in adoration, though his voice was off putting to some she adored it. Loved his beautiful voice and teasing attitude, he usually doesn’t speak he’d do small taps on her shoulder to help her out or Worick would translate.

“Nicholas, are you okay?” He nods, the woman held his face. “Mentally?” The male stops, her focus was always on their mental healths: it was why he loved |Name|, Nicholas hugs the woman close then he’d ask the same thing. She rubs his hair slowly while giving a small reply, “Want me to walk you home?” |Name| nods after.

“Maybe we could catch up on some things while we’re at it.”

Nicholas offers an arm and she holds it, then they walk side by side together down the street.

Started watching Gangsta. this weekend and I couldn't resist the urge to write something, the brain worms are eating me alivee (;´д｀) I'll hopefully finish the fic soon teehee, I have a good feeling about this one (〃￣ω￣〃ゞ also, does anyone know what Nic and Worick's ship name is ?!?

📽️ A Perfect Pairing (2022)

Did I know exactly what was going to happen in this movie before I ever watched it? Yes. Did I watch it anyway? Also yes. What can I say? I’m a sucker for corny Netflix rom coms. Despite knowing how the movie would end, I enjoyed watching this one. It was full of rom com cliches, but isn’t that what rom coms are all about? It was a relaxing, entertaining watch. This is a movie someone can unwind to because it doesn’t require deep thought to enjoy. Just sit back, relax, and don’t take it too seriously.

Sex/nudity: 2/10 (kissing, some innuendo)

Language: 2/10 (nothing horrible)

Violence: 2/10 (I think there was a bar fight, but I may be remembering a different movie, I’m pretty sure it was this one though)

Overall rating: 6/10
